Product Return Policy

All our goods are stored at the correct temperature conditions and regularly checked for expiration dates and quality. Below you can familiarize yourself with our policy of returning food products.

Return of goods before payment

We deliver to the temporary slot you specified at your address so that you can familiarize yourself and make the final decision on the purchase. If you decide to refuse to order before the actual delivery; You can cancel the order by contacting us from the contacts specified at the end of the article.

Return of goods after payment

Return of food products:

You can return the goods to us only if it has arrived at you in improper quality.

According to paragraphs 1-1 and 2 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ; On the Protection of Consumer Rights, the food product is subject to return or exchange in the event of the sale of goods with an expired or detecting deficiencies. 

This is a violation of mandatory requirements for the product. For example:

  • Spoiled vegetables, broken eggs, blackened avocados and other characteristics that make products unsuitable;

  • Factory marriage;

  • A product that does not correspond to the name and description on the site;

  • Product with an expired shelf life;

  • goods delivered with disturbed, damaged packaging.

During delivery, you can check the quality of the products immediately with a courier. If the product is unsuitable for use, when paying in cash or card through a POS terminal, the courier will recalculate in place. In the case of payment online, you can return the goods to the courier on the spot, but the recalculation will be made within 3-5 business days.

Important! If you notice problems with the goods after the courier & mdash left; Please send us a photo of unsuitable goods within 24 hours after delivery. Photos can be sent to us through WhatsApp , by mail Help @arbuz.kz .

If everything is in order with packaging, term and commodity, then the food product of good quality is not subject to return or exchange. Such characteristics as the taste of the goods (for example, unsweetened grapes, acidic oranges or insufficiently juicy tomatoes), depending on the personal opinion and taste of the buyer, are also not subject to the rules of return and exchange. However, you can always share your impressions with us and we will contact the supplier or change the choice of the supplier in favor of the alternative in the market.

Return of non -food goods:

The buyer can return the non -food product of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase if the specified product did not fit:

  • form

  • dimensions

  • style

  • color

  • size

  • configuration

The return of non -food goods of good quality is made only if the specified product:

  • was not in use

  • I retained its presentation

  • I retained consumer properties

  • I retained factory labels

  • has a commodity check (invoice)
    (all of the above requirements must be observed)

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 14 No. 269-V   & laquo; On the protection of consumer rights & raquo; The following categories of goods are not subject to return/exchange:

1) drugs and medical devices;

2) of the underwear;

3) SHILDREN-NOS-NOCE products;

4) animals and plants;

5) of meter products, namely fabrics from fibers of all types, knitted and curtains, artificial fur, carpet products, non -woven materials, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film , oilcloths;
